After you have created the first contract, you will see a graph on the main window that will show you which units are taken, when the customers signed up and the available units of every type. You can mouse over a unit to see who is renting it now.

For example, you can apply discounts to a specific contract if the contract duration goes over a specific number of months. You can also tell the app when the cycling period starts (when a contract is created or at the beginning of the month).
